Research

Studies have shown that 66% of our students in the United States are not reading at the proficiency level. Many students are passed from one grade level to the next without getting the assistance they need to succeed. Reading affects everything. If students cannot read fluently, it affects their success in other subject areas. This has been a major concern for parents, school administrators, and teachers and this has been a major concern for us at Reach. At Reach Education and Consulting Hub, we are very serious about students learning to read well. Studies have shown that all children can benefit from an instructional approach that is direct, explicit, and systematic for struggling readers in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. At Reach students' success is our priority.

At R.E.A.C.H., our number one goal is to ensure that all our students are successful readers. Our teachers are certified educators who use targeted teaching and one-on-one instruction to accelerate student success. Our students never leave the same way they came to us. We use a clear road map for moving our students forward at all stages of reading. We are changing the trajectory of students' lives day by day. All our students are successful learners.

SERVICES OFFERED:

Tutoring in Math, Reading, Writing, and Special Education Services

We offer an intensive phonics intervention program for students reading below grade level. We use a logically organized and successfully tested program for reading instruction. Our program is designed to ensure reading success.

Math can be challenging for some students, especially those who are able to read on grade level read and comprehend word problems. We offer specialized one-to-one instruction to enhance students' learning by engaging them in the process. We ensure that math makes sense to our students so that they can understand and master it. Our number one priority is to ensure that they can use what they learn to think critically, solve problems and work independently.

We also offer a writing workshop for struggling writers. Studies show that students who have difficulties with decoding and sounding out words will also have difficulties with writing. At Reach, we understand that Writing is a critical component and should be taught alongside reading.

We offer special education services for students with learning disabilities. Our founder and Director of R.E.A.C.H. is a licensed Special Education Teacher/Practitioner in the State of Georgia and has over 10 years of experience in the field of special education.
